FAQ
How do you know what captions to write?
In the Management tier, we do a "content interview" over zoom where I can record our call. I ask you questions journalism style and then I take the call and turn it into personable captions. Voila!
Where is your studio?
I'm located in Edmonton at 202, 11806 126th St NW Edmonton inside of City & Soul Wellness Collective.
How much time before my release do we need to get started?
I need a minimum three of weeks before our first post together. Depending on your release timeline, this means I need at least six weeks.
Do you access my instagram, facebook, tiktok etc?
In the Management tier, yes. In the Strategy tier, I will access a planning software synced with your instagram to deliver the plan.
When do I pay?
You pay a 50% deposit after our consult and before my work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon receiving your assets and media.
